1. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules for using the website available at arscompany.eu (the Website) and the rules for the provision of electronic services by the Service Provider.

- These Terms are made available free of charge on the Website in a way that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and stored.
2. Definitions
- Service Provider — AIR & ROAD SERVICE Sp. z o.o.
- User — a person using the Website.
- Website — the website at arscompany.eu together with its subpages.
- Services — electronic services described in Section 3.
3. Type and scope of services
- Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following services free of charge:
- making available informational content about the activity and offer of the Service Provider (transport, forwarding, transit of goods — including strategic and dual-use goods, customs clearance, etc.);
- enabling contact via the contact form in order to submit an enquiry.
- The Website is of an informational nature. The content published does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract or to negotiate.
- No sale of goods or services is conducted through the Website; the detailed terms of any cooperation are agreed individually.
4. Technical requirements
- Use of the Website requires: a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled and — for the contact form — an active email address.
- The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Website available continuously, but reserves the right to technical interruptions.
5. Rules of use
- The User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law and good practice.
- The User is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature.
- It is prohibited to use the Website in a manner that disrupts its operation, in particular through excessive or automated requests.
6. Conclusion and termination of the service agreement
- The agreement for the content-browsing service is concluded upon entering the Website and terminated upon leaving it.
- The agreement for the contact-form service is concluded upon starting to use the form and terminated upon sending it or leaving the Website.
- Use of the form is voluntary and free of charge.
7. Personal data
The rules for processing Users personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
8. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Website and the electronic services may be submitted by email: … or in writing to the correspondence address.
- A complaint should include a description of the matter and contact details enabling a response.
- The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the User of the outcome.
9. Copyright

- Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
